The Project:
Here at Swift Aspect, we were commissioned to take a 3D Matterport scan and 3D Virtual Walkthrough of this very modern apartment. Located in the fashionable NEO Bankside complex on the South Bank, this property was valued between £3.4 and £3.7 million! Interesting features include the stylish, contemporary kitchen and sliding doors leading to a balcony with an AMAZING view! These features created something of a technical challenge, but with our expertise in 3D photography and the superb Matterport system, we were able to produce the engaging virtual tour you see below.
Our client, a highly-respected and trusted London Estate Agent, could instantly see the benefits of our system to sell this property. They realised that a tour of this nature would allow them to showcase this property to its maximum. They say a picture says a thousand words, so how many words does this tour say?! Further discussions with our client revealed that a buyer was found within a week of this walkthrough going live on their site. They also added that the buyer knew the area a little bit and was looking for something here and that this scan allowed them to make a buying decision without actually needing to physically come to the apartment.
