Since 2003 all new properties that are leased for 7 years or more, or existing properties with leases of 7 years or less to run must be registered by the Land Registry. When applying for a lease an application must be submitted accompanied by a full lease plan. Our lease plans are fully compliant with the Land Registry Regulations and include:

  • A plan of the property drawn to scale.
  • An ordinance survey plan showing the property in relation to the environment it is situated in and the buildings surrounding it.
  • Coloured coordinated lines showing all boundaries, communal areas and rights of way.
  • The north point.
